- Understanding Samsung processes / policies / culture & aligning actions with organization goals
- Working in versatile / dynamic environment handling multiple products / verticals like Corporate, MFI, EPP & new product launches etc
- Managing team of regional sales officers, ensuring high productivity from them by providing them necessary support for order closures
- Regular interaction with existing key customers & new potential customers to understand their requirement, providing them necessary solution.
- Regular review with partner and work closely with them to build health funnel and help them closing the orders.
- Establish, develop & maintain positive business relationship with customer / partner relationship to ensure future business
- Formulating the projections and capturing the demand supply in the system
- Maintain high level of interaction with cross functional team (Product managers, billing team, SCM team etc) for smooth execution of complete sales cycle.
- Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcomes month on month basis.
- Continuous analysis of the territory / market potential, track sales & status report
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedule etc
- Post sale issue: Resolve customer / partner issues & complaints within defines TAT
