About the Job The Information and Cyber Security Manager will lead the Information Technology (IT) team to shape the security for Mixed Reality (MR) experiences at Tesseract. This role involves building a high-performing team, defining the IT and security strategy, and driving the implementation and monitoring of security and IT processes across Tesseract's product portfolio. What Youll Be Doing Security Strategy and Planning Plan, support, and drive various IT security, OT security, cybersecurity/data security, and privacy projects/initiatives/POCs as needed. Conduct security reviews for IT/business projects, requirements, and changes. Assess and manage risks, vulnerabilities, threats, and compliance within the region. Cybersecurity Assessment and Implementation Lead IT/OT cybersecurity assessments, implement controls, and provide ongoing support. Ensure Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) are embedded into the application development, enhancement, and release lifecycle processes. IT Administration and Support Manage user accounts, permissions, email, antivirus, and anti-spam solutions. Administer Office 365 tenant, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings. Configure and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, group policies, DNS, and DHCP. Security Measures and Tools Implement security measures to protect Office 365 and Active Directory environments from unauthorized access and data breaches. Configure, monitor, and maintain security tools such as endpoint solutions, data loss prevention solutions, and firewalls. Audit access controls and security measures to ensure data confidentiality. Employee Training and Incident Response Conduct security awareness training for employees. Respond to cybersecurity incidents, including investigation and resolution. DevSecOps Implementation Support the implementation of DevSecOps and DevFinOps to ensure secure development and financial operations. What We Need to See 8+ years of experience in information security/cybersecurity, with a focus on IT security projects, assessments, implementation, security design/architecture/operations/reviews, IT risk assessment, vendor security, and cybersecurity engineering. Experience in business case preparation, data protection, and privacy initiatives. Strong knowledge of IT & security risk assessment frameworks and processes. Hands-on experience with network & security fundamentals and related technologies. Experience in application security, SSDLC, DevSecOps, and cloud security. Proven experience with IT/OT security projects, solution POCs, and evaluations. Strong people and project management expertise in IT security and information security.
