Job Title: WiFi Communication Engineer Location: Factory Bholanath Precision Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Vashind (West), Opposite Jindal Steel Factory, Taluka - Shahpur, District Thane - 421302 CTC: 5-6 LPA (Based on expertise) Experience Required: Minimum 4-5 years of strong technical experience. Job Summary: We are seeking a WiFi Communication Engineer with strong expertise in wireless networking, embedded systems and IoT connectivity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing WiFi-based communication solutions, ensuring robust connectivity for embedded devices and IoT applications. Key Responsibilities: WiFi Network Design & Implementation: Develop and optimize wireless communication systems for IoT and embedded applications. Embedded WiFi Development: Integrate WiFi modules (ESP32, STM32, Qualcomm, Broadcom) into microcontroller-based systems. Firmware & Software Development: Write efficient code for wireless communication protocols. Security & Encryption: Implement WPA2, WPA3, TLS/SSL security standards for secure WiFi communication. Performance Analysis & Troubleshooting: Use tools like Wireshark, spectrum analyzers and packet sniffers to debug network issues. RF & Antenna Optimization: Work on antenna tuning and RF signal optimization for enhanced wireless coverage and efficiency. Cloud & Edge Connectivity: Develop WiFi-to-cloud integrations for real-time data monitoring and IoT applications. Testing & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance with IEEE 802.11 standards and industry best practices. Preferred Qualifications: B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field Certifications in CCNA, Linux, Embedded Systems (preferred) Experience in industrial automation & hardware development Travelling facility available from Vasind Railway Station to factory.
