Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Lead and Developer to join our dynamic team. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using Power Automate, and PowerApps. You will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes, automating workflows, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement PowerApps solutions tailored to meet business requirements. Design and optimize business processes using Power Automate (Flows). Create custom connectors, APIs, and integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing PowerApps and Power Automate workflows. Create and maintain deployment pipelines. Qualifications: Overall 6+ years of experience in IT with 3+ years of experience in power platform, primarily Power Automate. B. Tech /B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer, creating custom PowerApps and Flows. Rich experience with connecting Power Platform solutions to various data sources. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform certification is preferred. Experience with Dataverse and Common Data Service (CDS). Knowledge of Azure services and integration with Power Platform. Familiarity with best practices for application design and development.,
