Delivery Head Need immediate joiners only Key Responsibilities: Digital Transformation Delivery: Lead the planning, design, and execution of Digital Transformation initiatives in the OSS/BSS Telco domain, including cloud adoption, AI/ML integration, data-driven decision-making, IoT, and automation across the enterprise. Drive strategic transformations involving the implementation of digital platforms, OSS/BSS solutions, and custom digital applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, ensuring technical solutions align with strategic business objectives. Ensure digital strategies align with business needs, leveraging modern technologies like cloud-native architecture, microservices, and DevOps. Application Development & Maintenance (ADM): Oversee the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of applications as part of the ADM lifecycle, ensuring business-critical OSS/BSS systems are continuously optimized for performance and innovation. Lead teams in Agile and DevOps practices, ensuring continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines are optimized for speed, reliability, and quality. Manage the transition of legacy applications to modern frameworks, including cloud migration and platform modernization initiatives. Collaborate with application architects to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards. Project & Program Management: Manage multiple projects under the digital transformation and ADM portfolios within the Telco domain, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, and risk management strategies, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed timelines and SLAs. Implement project management best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and use industry-standard tools to track project performance and ensure transparency. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams consisting of developers, architects, QA engineers, business analysts, and project managers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Establish team goals and performance metrics, ensuring teams have the resources to succeed in their roles. Provide guidance on complex technical challenges, promoting innovative solutions and encouraging continuous improvement. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on expectations, deliverables, timelines, and project scope. Regularly engage with executive stakeholders to report on project status, risks, and mitigation plans, offering recommendations to improve processes and outcomes. Ensure clients" OSS/BSS needs are consistently met, offering scalable solutions to meet evolving business requirements. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues within the digital transformation and ADM projects, developing mitigation plans to prevent them from impacting project timelines. Establish escalation processes for critical issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution. Quality Assurance & Best Practices: Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the digital transformation and ADM lifecycle, covering functional and non-functional testing, security, and compliance. Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring the team's continuous improvement in technical capabilities and efficiency. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital transformation and the OSS/BSS Telco domain, driving innovation within the team and organization. Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the team to explore and implement cutting-edge technologies such as AI, blockchain, IoT, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in digital transformation initiatives, application development, and maintenance with a strong understanding of cloud computing, DevOps, and Agile methodologies. Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation projects in the OSS/BSS Telco domain. In-depth knowledge of ADM lifecycle management, including experience in modern software development practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD). Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams, building high-performance cultures, and driving successful project delivery. Excellent client-facing skills, with a strong ability to manage expectations, communicate complex technical concepts, and provide strategic guidance. Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance standards relevant to the OSS/BSS Telco domain. Preferred Skills: PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications. Strong experience in cloud migration, microservices architecture, and API-driven integrations. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation tools (Terraform, Ansible), and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab). Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman). Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, RPA, and IoT platforms.,
