Responsibilities:
1. Understanding Client's Package Requirement.
2. Preparing itinerary as per client requirement.
3. Diagnose the clients specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages
4. Presenting, Convincing & Sale Domestic & International tour Package to Clients.
5. Should Have Good Selling & Negotiation Skills.
6. Managing all the bookings for the client Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may best suit customers needs.
7. Advise the customer about the destination related to climate, culture, tickets and accomodation, securing rental transportation etc.
8. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, striving for resolution.
9. Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
11. Payment collection & Reminder to all hot prospect
12. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Sales Agent (Preferred to Travel Agent or Travel Consultant).
2. Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
3. Strong sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets.
4. Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and booking platforms.
5. Customer-oriented and ability to build rapport with clients.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
