- About The Job Experience: 5 - 8 Years Location: Chennai Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Per Week) Work Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist with strong Python web development skills to join our growing team. This role blends data science expertise with the ability to develop and deploy interactive dashboards and backend systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating those needs into technical solutions, and ultimately delivering impactful data-driven products. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building visualizations, and creating scalable backend systems to support real-time data analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of Python, experience with web development frameworks like Dash and Flask, and familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred). Responsibilities Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and deploy interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Python-based tools such as Dash, Flask, or similar frameworks. Focus on user experience and clear communication of data insights. Backend Development: Create and maintain scalable backend systems for real-time data analysis using FastAPI and Flask. Ensure robust performance and data integrity. Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders (business leads, product managers, etc.) to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate those into technical specifications. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Data Management: Contribute to data management best practices, including data cleaning, transformation, and storage. Cloud Integration: Utilize Azure cloud services for data storage, processing, and deployment. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, web development, and cloud technologies. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in our processes and tools. Required Skills Programming: Strong proficiency in Python coding, including experience with relevant libraries (e.g , Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). Web Development: Significant experience with Dash and Flask (or similar Python web frameworks). Backend Development: Experience with building and deploying APIs using FastAPI and Flask. Data Analysis: Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical methods. Data Management: Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and storage best practices. Cloud Computing: Experience working with Azure cloud services. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Stakeholder Management : Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Preferred Skills (Plus) Data Visualization Tools: Experience with PowerBI, Spotfire, or similar data visualization tools. Low-Code Platforms: Experience with Mendix or other low-code development platforms. UX/UI Experience: Familiarity with user experience and user interface design principles. Machine Learning: Experience with building and deploying machine learning models. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech),
