Job Description Key Responsibilities : Leadership & Strategy : Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts. Develop and execute the AI/ML strategy aligned with the company's goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into the healthcare platform. Technical Expertise : Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex healthcare problems. Ensure the scalability and robustness of AI/ML solutions. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to improve product offerings. Data Management : Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to ensure high-quality datasets. Implement best practices for data governance and security, especially concerning patient data. Innovation & Research : Drive innovation by exploring new AI/ML techniques and technologies. Publish research findings and represent the company at industry conferences and events. Qualifications Education : Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field BE/BTech can be considered, Masters preferred. Experience : 8+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Overall experience is min 15+ years. Proven track record of successfully leading AI/ML projects in the healthcare domain. Has to be currently a Director Architect/ Real Practioner Hands on Coding/ Technical candidate Need to Lead the practice of Datascience/AI, bulding the platform in Data Analytics and AI Candidate will be heading the practice, he will be Sr Most guy Run the team, worked on Data Analytics, development of AI cases and deliver the used cases Current team size is 6 people, wants to build the team up to 20+ Skills : Strong programming skills in Python, R, Pyspark or similar languages. Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch etc. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred : Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. (ref:hirist.tech),
