Job Title - Internal Audit Analytics Specialist Management Level: 9-Team Lead/Consultant Location: Bengaluru Must-have skills: Audit Analytics Good-to-have skills: Big Data Solutions, Strategic Risk Assessment, Financial & Operational Audits Job Summary: Join Accenture as an Internal Audit Analytics Specialist, where you will play a critical role in developing analytical solutions to assess risks, optimize audit plans, and provide strategic insights to leadership. You will support the Internal Audit Analytics team by leveraging data analytics, business intelligence tools, and automation to drive innovation in the audit function. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain risk models and analytics inventory to support internal audits. Execute risk-based financial and operational audit plans with a data-driven approach. Translate business needs into specific analytical solutions using advanced technologies. Build business intelligence dashboards to visualize insights across multiple data sources. Analyze trends, generate insights, and support decision-making for risk management. Work with Accenture business leaders in a consultative role to enhance audit processes. Communicate technical findings to stakeholders, highlighting business impact. Support strategic and ad-hoc projects while managing multiple priorities. Professional & Technical Skills: Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably with a Big 4 firm. Strong experience in audit analytics and risk management. Willingness to learn and apply SQL, Power BI, QlikView, or QlikSense. Ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable business recommendations. Strong communication skills with fluency in English. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a keen interest in automation. Ability to work independently in a remote and global work environment, managing time zones effectively.
