Job Description

Join us as a Senior Spark Technical Solutions Engineer and be at the forefront of solving complex challenges in Spark, ML, AI, and Data Lakehouse technologies. You'll work closely with customers to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance their Databricks platform experience, ensuring they achieve strategic success. Key Responsibilities Analyze and resolve customer-reported Spark issues using metrics, DAGs, and event logs. Provide expert-level guidance on Spark core internals, Spark SQL, Structured Streaming, and Delta Lake. Assist in debugging performance, memory management, and data integration challenges in Spark environments. Collaborate with Account Executives, Engineers, and Architects to ensure customer success. Develop knowledge base articles and internal documentation to support customers and the team. Participate in on-call rotations to address critical customer issues. Continuously learn and enhance your expertise in Databricks, AWS, and Azure platforms. Qualifications 6+ years in designing and building Python, Java, or Scala applications. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Spark and related technologies (Big Data, ML, Streaming, Kafka). Expertise in performance tuning, Hive/Spark troubleshooting, and distributed computing. Knowledge of databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle) and Data Lakes. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
