Responsibilities As the Information Services Operations and Security Lead, you will oversee the cybersecurity and IT operations within our organisation. Your role will ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of all IT systems and operations, while aligning with our strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will be to: IT Operations Management: Implement ITIL processes, ensure system reliability, manage backups, collaborate with vendors, coordinate with stakeholders, optimize resources, monitor systems, and plan future tech needs. Cyber Security Leadership: Conduct security assessments, respond to incidents, stay updated on threats, train staff, develop strategies, reduce risks, and align with industry standards. Project Management: Support IT operations and security projects, manage resources and timelines, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Governance: Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, support IT governance reporting, and create comprehensive security reports. Professional Development & Partnerships: Attend industry events, build vendor relationships, and connect with peers to stay informed about best practices and emerging threats. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and conduct regular simulations to evaluate their effectiveness. To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following attributes:.
