Job Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Assist in the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Job Postings: Post job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
Screening Resumes: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels like job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
Initial Interviews: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' suitability for the role and company culture.
Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Offer Management: Assist in drafting and sending offer letters and employment contracts to selected candidates.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records.
Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
