Role: Zonal Training Manager
Location: Mumbai
Department : Training
Reporting to: State Head
Experience: Min 5+ years of overall experience with 2 years of Insurance exp.
Days of working : 5 Days ( Monday - Friday )

Job Description:
1. Planning, scheduling & executing training at various levels as per the requirement of various
channels;
2. Setting of the Standard Operating Procedures for the training department;
3. Training need identification;
4. prioritization of focus areas for both functional & behavioral areas for all the functions;
5 Identification of external training vendors-administer them and analyze the effectiveness of such
trainings;
6 Ensuring the total responsibility in content development;
7 Monthly update of existing modules & preparation of new modules & uploading of the same in
internal L&D portal;
8 Ensure Training effectiveness & Transfer of learning
