    Job Summary
    We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team at Cavalier Enterprises, the leading supplier of coding and packaging materials. The role involves addressing customer complaints, conducting regular maintenance visits, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of our products. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused attitude, technical expertise, and the ability to identify opportunities for revenue generation through preventive and breakdown maintenance services.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Address customer complaints and perform regular maintenance visits to ensure optimal product performance.
    • Advise customers proactively on procuring consumables and essential spare parts based on their available stock.
    • Manage high-volume customer service activities, including breakdown-preventive maintenance, and attend breakdown calls using root cause analysis (RCA).
    • Provide technical guidance through one-point lessons (OPL) for supplier products.
    • Perform preventive maintenance (PM), breakdown maintenance (BM), installation demonstrations, and maintain daily service reports (DSR).
    • Drive revenue generation through the sale of annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and consumables.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
    • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, providing effective solutions and support.

      Qualifications

      • Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
      • Experience: 2 to 4 years.
      • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, along with basic computer knowledge.
      • Other Requirements: Candidates from a similar background will be considered an added advantage.
