- Job Title: Backend Developer (MongoDB, Node.js, AWS) 4+ Years Experience Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Experience: 4+ years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with expertise in MongoDB, Node.js, and AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in backend development, cloud computing, and database management, with a passion for building scalable and high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Node.js and MongoDB. Develop and optimize RESTful APIs in Node JS framework. Implement secure and efficient database models and queries in MongoDB. Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.). Work with authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, JWT, and role-based access control (RBAC). Implement caching strategies and optimize performance using Redis, CDN, or other techniques. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality applications. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js. Strong expertise in MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.). Experience with serverless architectures is a plus. Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices and event-driven architectures. Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS/SNS is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps best practices.
