We are currently seeking a ITILProject Program Management Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). Role Overview The Security Transitions Project Manager (PM) manages information security transition projects from initiation through delivery utilizing Information Security Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) that are in various locations around the world. The ideal candidate will have strong command skills and demonstrated experience leading a team of Information Security experts and interacting with senior level executives to efficiently transition managed security services to Steady State. In this role, the Security Transitions PM will be using the recommended NTTDATA Transition & Transformation Methodology to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as account teams, information security SMEs, and customer to build and execute suitable transition project plans to transition and deliver managed security services from the customer to Steady State. Role Responsibilities (high level summary of key duties) The responsibilities of the Security PM include: Managing information security transition projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, resources, budget, and quality through the duration of the project; project work includes but not limited to implementation of security services in new or existing customer environments Creating long and short-term project plans which include target milestones, as well as outlining dependencies to meet an expected deadline Leading technical resources from the security transition and steady state team(s), providing guidance and support on a regular basis during an assigned project effort Coordinating and conducting project related meetings including gap analysis, review action items, document lessons learned, as well as document any risks or issues that impact the project schedule. Communicating and interacting with other NTTD service towers, vendors, project stakeholders and senior leadership on project status Monitoring schedule deviations and assisting in the development of alternative methods for corrective action at the project level; Get-to-Green plans, Change Requests and Risk/Exception Letter creation Ensuring transition project documentation is on track for completion and accepted by relevant stakeholder(s) by target date Understanding and managing customer business needs and expectations related to information security and validate to transition related documentation; Cost Model, Solution Deck, accompanying SOW and/or Contract Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 3 to 5 years of information security experience and strong knowledge of security standards Strong oral and written communications skills Experience with relevant project management tools and applications; MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint Effective time management and organizational skills Strong problem and conflict resolution skills Customer relationship management experience at the senior level Education Minimum of Undergraduate Certificate in Project Management or 4 years of relevant working experience Preferences Certification PMP certification About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
