Have in-depth knowledge related to Jigs & Fixtures (Welding) design and development. 2. Should be able to execute the Fixture design from scratch to end of delivery (3d Model & 2d Drawings). 3. Knowledge on Robotic welding is an added advantage. 4. Must be able to develop Multiple Fixture concepts and select the Standard parts like Bearings,Clamps,Cylinders,Motors,LM guides, Extrusions, Pins etc. backed with Calculations. 5. Sound Knowledge of Manual Clamping, Pneumatic and Hydraulic clamping. 6. Exposure over Pneumatic and hydraulic circuits is an added advantage. 7. Should be strong in Solid Works Part,Assembly,Sheetmetal Modelling. 8. Basic Knowledge on Solid Works Macros, Static Analysis, Motion study, Rendering is an added advantage. 9. Sound knowledge of GD&T, Tolerance Stack up. 10. Implement Poka-Yoke concepts in Design of Jigs & Fixtures. Qualifications Degree - BE-Mechanical. Excellent verbal communication skills Job Location - Coimbatore. Experience: 5 to 10 Years in Jigs & Fixtures.
