Interested please share your resume to hidden_email Datacentre / Hybrid Cloud AI Infrastructure Architect JD Location- PAN India Experience: 10 14 years (10+ years of technical experience in Hybrid and Cloud Technologies) We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Center and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead infrastructure assessments for hybrid and cloud environments, design robust and scalable solutions, and develop strategic roadmaps with technology recommendations to meet business goals. This role demands a deep understanding of on-premises and cloud technologies, excellent analytical skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. This role is critical in enabling our organization to leverage the power of AI and machine learning to drive innovation and business growth. The candidate is expected to stay abreast with emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing, and identify opportunities to leverage them to enhance our infrastructure offerings and services. A strong understanding of data center infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking) and cloud computing principles (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) is critical to the success of this role. Key Responsibilities 1. Infrastructure Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing IT infrastructure for hybrid and cloud environments. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in current infrastructure setups 2. Roadmap Development: Develop detailed roadmaps to modernize infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Define milestones and timelines for infrastructure transformation projects. 3. Technology Recommendations: Evaluate and recommend technology solutions (hardware, software, and cloud platforms) tailored to business needs. Provide cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions. 4. Architecture Design: Design and architect scalable, high-performance, and cost-effective AI infrastructure solutions, encompassing both on-premises data centers and hybrid cloud environments Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation guidelines. 5. Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business strategies. Provide technical leadership to IT teams during solution design and implementation. 6. Cloud and Hybrid Design and Integration: Design and optimize cloud migration strategies for hybrid models. Ensure seamless integration between on-premises and cloud infrastructures. 7. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability. Recommend and drive implementation of automation tools to enhance operational efficiency. 8. Security and Compliance: Ensure proposed solutions adhere to organizational and industry security standards and compliance requirements. Mitigate risks through proactive security measures. Qualifications and Skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-specific hardware and software solutions. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, automation). Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). Certifications in cloud platforms or AI/ML technologies. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as HCI certifications (Dell, Nutanix, etc), AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, TOGAF, or similar are preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, including 5+ years as an Infrastructure Architect Proven experience in designing and implementing hybrid and cloud-based solutions. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HCI (Dell, Nutanix, etc.) cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies. Proficiency in Observability tools (Splunk, Instana, etc.) and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools. Familiarity with network architecture, storage solutions, and security frameworks. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,
