Requirements
Relevant Experience 8-12 Years (with at least 3 years experience in Performance
Engineering Code Optimization & Tuning)
Key Technical Skills -
Experience in defining and realizing end to end Technical Architecture for large scale Enterprise
System. Ability to identify and define nonfunctional requirements and design systems to the same.
Strong experience in OOAD and in applying Design patterns effectively.
At least 5 years hands-on experience in JAVA/J2EE technologies like Struts/JSP/Spring/EJB/JMS
etc. Experience only on front end technologies like JSP, HTML, Servlets will not be sufficient.
Experience in performance testing optimization of J2EE Systems on any of the following application
servers Weblogic, Web sphere, and JBoss. Deep expertise in any one of the application server is
must.
Strong Experience in at least one RDBMS Oracle/Ms-SQL/MYSQL
Working Experience on Linux/Unix based OS system is must


Excellent understanding of software methodologies and architectures
Working Experience on any one of these open source Technologies( LAMP Stacks, Node.JS
framework, ELK, Cassandra, MongoDB, Couch base NO-SQL database).
Other requirements
Experience in interfacing with the customers.
Experience in Architecture consulting engagement is a definite plus.
Ability to mentor development teams and guide them in resolving complex technical issues encountered
during testing.
Understanding of latest technologies and tools in the J2EE space and an ability to evaluate, select, and
propose to meet the requirement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tolerance to ambiguities
