Job Description We are actively seeking a Lead Data Scientist who has a minimum of 6-9 years of experience implementing quality assurance of software-based processes and analytical outputs. You must have experience in using machine learning or artificial intelligence technologies. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and running data-centered projects. In keeping with this overarching aim, The Lead data scientist will be required to outline work requirements, assign tasks to the team, and monitor their performance. Key Skills Advanced degree in data-related fields (like data science, statistics, or computer science). Experience as a data scientist. Good at Python. Understands SQL well. Knows in-depth machine learning basics. A proven track record of leading data projects. Can explain complex insights in simple terms for business use. Great at supervising and mentoring. Creates a positive team environment. Adheres to companys ethical standards. Roles & Responsibilities Use your expertise in Data Science to advise on various project aspects. Use data to drive company growth as a Lead Data Scientist. Help develop junior staff as a top Data Scientist. Create and manage data-driven projects to benefit the business. Collect and clean data for junior team members to use. Assign tasks to junior team members for project completion. Guide junior team members and monitor their performance. Apply advanced statistical methods for actionable insights. Validate models for reliability. Write and share non-technical reports on project outcomes. Offer suggestions on using insights for business strategy. Stay updated on Data Science and related fields for relevance.,
