Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the development of cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using the latest machine learning techniques. This is a role that requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills, as you will be leading a team of talented data scientists and machine learning engineers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms Work closely with managers and engineers to define and prioritize machine learning initiatives that align with business goals Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop machine learning solutions that drive value for the organization Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning and help drive the adoption of new technologies and techniques within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field Experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing machine learning teams Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or Java Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
