7 - 9 Years 3 Openings Trivandrum Role description Job Title: Backend Developer - .NET Location: Any UST India Locations Experience: 5+ years Mandatory Skills: .NET Backend Development: Strong experience in developing backend applications using .NET. Restful API Development: Proficiency in creating and maintaining Restful APIs. Version Control: Experience with Git for version control and collaboration. Web Development: Knowledge of HTML and CSS for front-end integration and styling. Agile Delivery: 5+ years of experience working in an Agile delivery environment. SDLC: Strong understanding and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Testing: Hands-on experience with Unit Testing and Integration Testing. Secondary Skills: Pipeline Design & Development: Experience in designing, building, and enhancing DevOps pipelines. Docker: Knowledge and hands-on experience with Docker for containerization. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Preferably experienced with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning. Cloud Deployment: Understanding and experience with cloud application deployment. Azure/Kubernetes: Experience in deploying applications on Azure and using Kubernetes for container orchestration. Nice to Have Skills: Kubernetes: Familiarity with container orchestration and management using Kubernetes. Azure (Web/Container Apps, Azure Functions, SQL Server): Experience with Azure services such as Web Apps, Container Apps, Azure Functions, and SQL Server. JavaScript UI Framework: Experience with Vue.js or other JavaScript frameworks for UI development. Cloud Infrastructure (PaaS, DBaaS): Knowledge of Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Database as a Service (DBaaS) in cloud environments. Experience: 5+ years of experience in backend development, particularly with .NET technologies. Proven experience in Agile delivery, handling projects from requirement gathering to delivery. Strong experience in testing methodologies like unit testing and integration testing. Experience in handling end-to-end delivery of applications. Experience in working with DevOps pipelines, cloud deployment, and container-based architectures. Role Responsibilities: Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using .NET. API Development: Create and manage Restful APIs to serve frontend applications. Testing: Implement and execute unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code. Agile Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in the Agile delivery process. Deployment & Cloud: Deploy applications to Azure, leverage Kubernetes, and implement DevOps pipelines. Documentation: Document the design, implementation, and deployment processes to ensure clear communication within the team.
