Job Description
- Job Title - Network Access Control (NAC) Experience - 2+ years Location - Mumbai Primary Skills - NAC, Aruba Networks/ Aruba Wireless, Aruba Switches, Network Security Educational Criteria - Any Bachelor's Degree Key Responsibilities: Design and Implementation of NAC Solutions: Implement Aruba NAC solutions, including Aruba ClearPass, to manage and control access to both wired and wireless networks. Configure Aruba wireless access points, switches, and controllers to enforce network access policies. * Ensure proper integration of Aruba NAC systems with existing network infrastructure, including user authentication and device posture assessments. Policy Configuration and Enforcement: Develop, implement, and maintain network access policies based on user roles, device type, location, and compliance status. Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and integrate with existing identity management systems (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.). * Ensure seamless enforcement of security policies for guest and employee network access. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor NAC system health, network access logs, and user/device activity to identify potential security incidents. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NAC, network authentication, and device connectivity. * Regularly review and audit access control policies to ensure compliance and optimal security. Security Posture Management: Ensure devices meet security standards (e.g., antivirus, OS updates) before allowing access to the network. * Implement and manage endpoint security checks to assess device posture and compliance. Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with other IT and security teams to ensure NAC solutions align with broader network security objectives. Create and maintain documentation for network access policies, procedures, and NAC configurations. * Provide support and training to internal teams on NAC best practices and security awareness. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Aruba networking solutions and NAC technology. * Continuously optimize NAC solutions for performance, scalability, and security. Required Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Aruba Networks wireless products (e.g., Aruba ClearPass, Aruba wireless access points, switches, and controllers). Strong understanding of network security principles, including 802.1X, RADIUS, and device authentication methods. Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and policy-based access control. Proficiency in implementing and configuring Aruba NAC solutions and policies. Familiarity with endpoint security solutions, including antivirus and device posture management. Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, etc.). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred: Aruba Certified ClearPass Expert (ACCE) or Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX) certification. Experience with network automation and scripting for NAC solutions. * Knowledge of cloud-based NAC solutions or SD-Branch architecture.,
