Job Description
- Manage Appraisal increments, Promotion increments, Salary Restructuring. Induction for new joinees Providing inputs in formalizing HR processes and policies and implementation of the same Job analysis, Competency mapping and formulating Job Descriptions. Confirmation Letters. Facilitate Disciplinary action HR policies updation Employee Relations Conducting Open House sessions with agents to understand their issues and resolve them at the earliest. Daily floor visit to follow up on any employee related query, issues and concerns Communicating HR policies and processes to employees Inform employees about Accelerated Growth Programme and Hippo programme Conducting focus groups and meeting with employees to understand their concerns Assistance in organizing of get-togethers, picnics, parties, etc. Process Improvements Adherence to information security policy Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/04/2025,
