In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and assess market trends within the IoT, GPS, and RFID sectors. Business Development: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients. Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Project Execution: Oversee the successful implementation of projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project timelines are met. Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and address potential challenges and roadblocks proactively. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships. Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts. Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to achieve shared goals. Recruitment: Leverage your network and experience to identify and recruit top talent within the sales and business development domain. Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the IoT, GPS, or RFID sectors. Strong understanding of the private recruitment process. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent market research and competitive analysis skills. Experience developing and delivering impactful presentations. A strong network of contacts within the relevant industry.
