Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner with expertise in ADRs, GDNs, and bond issuance to drive innovation and compliance in issuer services. Experience: 6 to 10 years Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Key Responsibilities: Define product vision & roadmap aligned with market & regulatory trends. Manage ADRs, GDNs, and bond issuance processes ensuring compliance with SEC & global regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders (sales, legal, compliance, IT, operations) to enhance product offerings. Optimize technology platforms & explore emerging innovations (blockchain, digital assets, automation). Prioritize backlog, user stories, and product improvements to enhance security & efficiency. Key Skills: Capital Markets & Regulatory Knowledge Expertise in issuer services, securities laws, & cross-border compliance. Tech-Savvy Understanding of blockchain, digital securities & issuance platforms. Stakeholder Management Ability to bridge business, technical, and compliance teams. Data-Driven Mindset Strong analytical skills to track product performance & optimize workflows.,
