Job Information: Work Experience: 3+ years Industry: IT Services Job Type: FULL TIME Location: Indore, India Role Overview: Regular 85 operations along with oncall or availability for night activities. Troubleshooting escalations. Follow up until resolution within SLA. Maintenance activities check, validation and informing stakeholders within SLA. IMS nodes O&M. KPI SLA Reporting. Required Knowledge & Experience: 3+ years of experience in mobile core network operations. Experience python programming. (Good to have). AI and Machine Learning Knowledge (Good to have). Familiarity with Observability Tools. Automation Experience. Tool Development Skills (Good to have). Experience programming language (Good to have). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex issues, identify patterns, and propose innovative solutions ( Good to have). Experience in network automation and AI implementation (Good to have). Experience with big data platforms and analytics tools (Good to have). Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker or Kubernetes) for network orchestration and scalability ( Good to have). Professional certifications such as CCNA, CKA, OpenStack COA is advantageous. (Good to have) CI/CD, Jenkins knowledge. Knowledge of network security principles and experience with security automation (Good to have). Able to communicate clearly and concisely in English and Japanese (verbal and written).
