Job Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT & Non-IT recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close business deals successfully.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Key Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Recruitment or Staffing Industry.
- Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT recruitment processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
