Conduct candidate engagement and networking activities to create a robust referral network.
Screen and assess candidates through initial interactions and align them with client requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview and selection processes.
Maintain an organized database of potential candidates sourced through referrals.
Keep track of industry trends and salary benchmarks to enhance hiring strategies.
Minimum 6 months of experience in BFSI recruitment, with a focus on referral hiring.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple job roles and deliver within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in agency or consultancy recruitment will be an added advantage.
