Associat Customer Service
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Branch Operations and Administration:
Manage daily operations and administration of the branch, ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
Provide high-quality service delivery to customers, both internal and external, striving for best-in-class service.
Data Management:
Handle data entry of application forms, create customer IDs and accounts, and perform KYC checks and document verification.
Cash and Clearing Transactions:
Manage cash and clearing transactions effectively.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Work as a business partner in implementing operational and regulatory practices, including compliance, lending operations, and operational risk.
Process Improvement:
Oversee quality initiatives, optimize processes, and improve TAT and SLAs through automation and digitization.
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Acquire new customers for current and savings accounts, identify potential customers, and maintain long-term relationships.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Assess client needs, identify cross-selling opportunities, and generate new revenue streams.
Livelihood and Community Development:
Provide support for livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.
Feedback and Reporting:
Provide regular feedback to senior management on customer requirements and potential opportunities.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to sales compliance and SOPs defined by the organization
