Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Practice and Pre-Sales, IT Managed Services This role will have the primary responsibility of leading the Global Practice for Digital workplace services and End User Computing with responsibilities encompassing Pre-sales, Project Delivery, Practice Operations, Solutioning & New Products, Partnerships and Competencies. As an addon we expect the person to have essential skills on overall IT Infrastructure also and lead assessments and client presentations. The individual will also develop the strategy for the Practice and Pre-sales; prepare and execute plans and play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and foster an innovative and productive work environment. Responsibilities (Direct Ownership): Growth Digital Workplace Services Competency Development Focus on Experience, GenAI and emerging tech such as Agentic AI Pre Sales and Solutions : Work along with Delivery, Sales and Solutioning team Directly responsible for the quality of technical solution Customer Relationship Pre-sales Continuous improvement 3rd party Partnership point of contact Operations Assistance New Product/New Services Ideas & Conceptualization New Product Revenue along with Verticals and Product Teams Drive partnerships with key product vendors and build alliances with focus on growth areas. Responsible for Talent Management, Career Planning and Retention for the Practice Responsible for Implementation of optimal processes, quality initiatives, adoptions of best practices and achieve continuous improvements in the competency. Building and maintaining a strong favorable identity for Genpact IT Services within the industry through interaction with key influencers and decision makers on a global basis. Presence in Forums and Conferences Analyst relationship support Technical Whitepapers Responsibilities (Indirect/Joint Ownership): Hands on Infrastructure Operations and Solutions expertise in Digital workplace services, Remote Infrastructure Management and related components in the ITMS space Extensive knowledge and experience in creating solutions and leading implementation and run operations for various layers of the Enterprise IT Infrastructure stack including Servers, Networks, Databases and Storage Hunting/Farming Revenue with BD/AM team Channel management Facilitate in Statement of Works Customer Demos and Presentations Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications / Skills Good experience in Remote Infrastructure Management with at least good exposure to Design, Architecture and Operations is mandatory. We are not looking for a single technology specialist /architect. While EUC is core to the role, we need people who can spread across and work with other IT service lines. Prior experience in pre-sales, design and solutions roles in a global organization is mandatory. Must have an operational background with a customer facing role. At least a few years of Global Delivery Experience with large teams (>100FTE) is also required. We are not looking for people without delivery experience we need a hands on person Experience in CPG, BFS and Manufacturing industry is good to have Must be willing to travel and work extended hours at short notice Graduate from a reputed university with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Needs to have good knowledge of products and technologies across End user Technologies. Need to have a thorough understanding of the Processes, Challenges and IT landscape in IT ITSM, Devops, Digital tools, platforms, O365, ServiecNow, Automation and Digital solutions pertaining to end users Relevant industry certifications are preferred, but are not mandatory Preferred qualifications / Skills Deep level expertise in developing Digital Workplace Services and End User Computing (Service Desk, Desktop Management) & IT Service Management + SIAM space along with good working and solutioning knowledge of overall IT Managed Services Lead and participate in internal initiatives driving the strategic direction of ITMS organization Recruit, develop, manage, and retain a diverse team of consultants with an expert level knowledge of ITIL, Service NOW, DeskSide, Asset Management Integrate emerging tech such as GenAI and Agentic AI into the services Develop quantitative team and individual goals focused on ServiceNows technology and business strategy, best practices, and customer requirements by working closely with expert services team and clients Manage benchmarking activities with organizations, and proactively report out on the areas of focus for ServiceNow to stay ahead of the curve Lead key global initiatives cross-organizationally around growth strategies, customer acquisitions, delivery management, etc Represent Professional Services in various governance councils and steering committees JobAssistant Vice President Primary LocationIndia-Hyderabad ScheduleFull-time Education LevelBachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent Job PostingMar 19, 2025, 6:36:26 AM Unposting DateOngoing Master Skills ListConsulting Job CategoryFull Time,
