We are inviting applications for the role of Manager/Senior Manager Learning Process Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the strategic roadmap for learning initiatives. Align learning programs with organizational goals and employee development needs. Operational Oversight: Oversee the design and delivery of learning programs for global teams. Monitor key learning metrics and ensure alignment with SLAs. Team Development: Build and mentor high-performing L&D teams. Drive employee engagement through effective learning initiatives. Innovation and Process Excellence: Introduce innovative learning technologies and tools. Optimize learning processes to improve efficiency and outcomes. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Relevant years of L&D experience, with relevant years in leadership roles. Expertise in instructional design and eLearning tools. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record in driving large-scale learning programs. Certifications in leadership or learning technologies. Key Skills And Attributes Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proficiency in LMS platforms and advanced data analytics.
