Job Profile Trainer - Electrical Electrical Trainer at Siemens Technical Academy Airoli, Navi Mumbai Siemens has established a world-class Apprenticeship training program based on German Dual Vocational Education and Training model. This Vocational Education and Training (VET) program aims at developing a skilled workforce who are immediately employable, productive and future proof. Applications are invited for Educational Professional at Siemens Technical Academy, Nashik to take Electrician Practicals under the Apprenticeship Training Scheme. The role of a teacher is the key component in ensuring a Bright Future for our Country. A Teacher has the unique ability to shape the Young Minds so that they lead a Positive and Successful life. Most importantly they would contribute to the Make in India movement. Overall skill set required Good values and positive attitude Passion for teaching and skilling Innovative teaching Ideas Intuition and empathy Good communication skills Ability to converse fluently in English, Hindi and Marathi Strong technical fundamentals Hands on Expertise in their respective Trades Lab Instructor - Electrical Job responsibilities Promotion of Apprenticeship program Support recruitment and onboarding processes of fresher Apprentices Maintain the equipment in the workshop and labs. Maintain records of Apprenticeship training. Conduct upskilling & reskilling training for existing workforce. Desired qualification & experience NCVT / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Trade with 10 to 15 years of experience Ability to read, explain and wire complex electrical circuits Knowledge of product testing Basic Fitting Knowledge Experience in Maintenance and troubleshooting of machine tools Knowledge of Safety practices. Knowledge of Motor, Transformer winding Knowledge of Power electronics,
