Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for Talent Acquisition engagements, L&D, and other related professional services. Responsible for drafting agreements/contracts / Purchase orders for vendor engagement Proactively identify strategic sourcing opportunities and develop category sourcing plans across all HR categories, and work effectively with stakeholders to achieve strategic sourcing goals.
