Job Description Key Responsibilities : Manage & Support Environments : Oversee and manage Non-Production and Production environments, ensuring high availability and stability. Tooling & Automation : Develop and implement tooling and processes to maintain Tyfone's SaaS platform with 99.99% availability. Security Vulnerability Remediation : Identify and address security vulnerabilities in Tyfone's digital banking platform to ensure compliance and security. Collaborate with Teams : Partner with development and QA teams to optimize and improve Tyfone's production environment. Vendor Collaboration : Work closely with third-party vendors providing services to Tyfone to ensure smooth integration and operation. Who Are You Experience : 7+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or DevOps Engineer with a proven track record of supporting production environments. AWS & IaC Expertise : Expert-level experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform. Linux Skills : Strong Linux debugging skills with a deep understanding of system internals and performance tuning. Containers & Kubernetes : In-depth knowledge of containers and Kubernetes for managing and deploying scalable applications. Automation Tools : Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Terraform, and Python for automation and orchestration. Monitoring Tools : Solid experience with DataDog or other similar monitoring tools for tracking system performance and alerting. DevOps & Automation : Proven history of implementing DevOps best practices and substantial SRE automation in production environments.
