- ERP Project Coordinator cum QA Location: Coimbatore Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The ERP Project Coordinator cum QA is responsible for coordinating ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role combines project management with quality assurance (QA) responsibilities to ensure seamless integration and functionality of ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Plan, schedule, and manage ERP project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met. Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and track action items. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices. Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERP systems. Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure ERP system meets business requirements. Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and end-users to validate system functionality and performance. Maintain and update QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests. Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an ERP Project Coordinator or Quality Assurance Analyst. Strong understanding of ERP systems and project management methodologies. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using project management and QA tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, TestRail). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
