Arctera provides more than 75,000 customers worldwide with market-leading solutions that help them to manage one of their most valuable assets: data We are seeking a dynamic and hand-on experienced Product Manager to lead and deliver our Go-to-Market initiatives under the IT Business Applications team. As a member of the Arctera Information Technology team, this role is a high business revenue growth impact individual contributor role, responsible for creating and delivering value with business process optimization and systems automation on the Quote-to-Cash area. Its a unique and exciting opportunity to implement Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud platforms and related techstack from scratch. You are expected to have hands-on experience with the Salesforce and CPQ platforms. You will be engaging and collaborating with executives and the operational leadership teams from Marketing, Channel, Sales, Sales Operations and Partner Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the Salesforce Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance processes related to pricing, quoting, approvals, billing, and revenue recognition. Leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud to optimize sales and revenue operations. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to streamline end-to-end Q2C workflows. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities to improve sales cycle speed and accuracy. Lead the design of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition solutions. Drive the implementation of pricing models, discounting structures, approval workflows, and contract management. Work with developers and architects to ensure scalability, data accuracy, and security compliance. Define key performance metrics (KPIs) and leverage Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and BI tools to track Q2C efficiency. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems. Manage Q2C enhancements, releases, and feature implementations using Agile methodologies. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements. Conduct UAT, end-user training, and change management initiatives to drive adoption. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management, Salesforce Administration, or Business Process Optimization, with a strong focus on Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. Minimum 5+ years of experience on Salesforce.com Sales Cloud platform and must have hands-on experience Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and integration with ERP/financial systems. Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant) are preferred. Understanding of Salesforce data architecture, APIs, and integrations with financial systems. Ability to work closely with developers and architects. Experience with Salesforce Reports, Dashboards or other BI tools to track Q2C performance. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and roadmap planning. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong knowledge and experience on implementing top of the funnel processes such as lead management, account management and partner relationship management Flexible and adaptable in learning and understanding new technologies Excellent leadership and project delivery skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Highly self-motivated and directed by being a great team player Keen attention to details,
