The agency is preparing for the significant growth opportunity it will experience in the next few years under a new web application platform. The Senem RFP platform connects customers shopping for insurance with appropriate Insurance Agents to provide coverage based on their risk profile. This efficient approach eliminates customer frustration and saves time for Insurance Agents by directing customers to the right agents for coverage. We are seeking energetic professionals interested in helping our business grow. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Experienced .NET Software Developers with B2-level English Bilingual skills at Senem RFP in Pune. The role involves full-stack web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP) tasks on a daily basis. Qualifications 3 or more years of software development experience Computer Science and Software Development skills Front-end or Back-End Web Development expertise Strong knowledge of Programming in .NET, Java, PHP, etc., and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Experience in developing .NET applications Proficiency in B2 Level English communication Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Requirements You Must Meet: Be a person of strong moral and character integrity. Be able to read, write, and speak English because you will only be working with Americans. Be willing to complete our comprehensive training program. Be willing to learn and take the initiative to help the company grow.
