Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with 5+ years of expertise in automation and manual testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with UFT, Selenium, Tosca, Cypress, and regression testing. The role requires working on large-scale projects within a team-oriented environment to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using UFT, Selenium, Tosca, Cypress, and other automation tools. Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, system, smoke, and integration testing. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications. Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and test coverage. Implement and execute API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI. Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing using tools like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and contribute to process improvements. Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing. Hands-on experience with UFT, Selenium WebDriver, Tosca, Cypress, and Playwright. Strong expertise in regression, functional, smoke, performance, and system testing. Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Hybrid, Data-driven, Keyword-driven, BDD). Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI. Familiarity with scripting languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, or VBScript. Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD. Experience in database testing using SQL queries. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle. Ability to work in large teams and enterprise-level projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Knowledge of cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
