    Business Analyst - Contact Center , IVR Jobs - Location - Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune Apply https://www.ufsnetworks.com/apply/67ehidden_mobileca2469d8faf63f Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst at Unified Consultancy Services. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and using analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. Responsibilities: Experience in various Banking and contact center applications / diallers and other Voice Platform (SIP/TDM) and Contact Center Technologies Should be able to gather and translate business requirements into user stories, Business Requirement Document and getting work done from Vendor Should be able to effectively communicate with clients" business requirements by constructing easily understandable data / document. Acting as the central point of contact for all project activities, liaising with Delivery Managers to ensure smooth co-ordination and execution. Conducting Gap Analysis, Scope Analysis, and Impact Analysis on Business Processes. Candidate should have experience on Vendor management to get work done as per business requirement, like development activity, Integration with banking application, IVR development / Modification on existing IVR, Report development, API integration etc. User training as and when required Good Communication Skill Candidates should be able to drive project solely, timely project status updates to stakeholders, ensure timely closure of project. Candidates should be comfortable working in shifts as per customer requirements. Effective communication skills with an understanding of email etiquettes Documentation: Preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), defining Project plans preparing user stories, use cases, Flow chart, writing system requirement specifications and delivering Project documentation and status reporting skills. Work closely with the Clients business team and development team. Document existing processes and propose improved workflows. Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their business needs. Conduct presentations, workshops and UAT. Qualifications: BE / Diploma or BSC IT / BTech or BCA/MCA will be preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analyst and Contact Center Strong experience with Banking and Contact Center Applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and collaboratively within a team.,
