As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue for our software solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively in Telugu and your understanding of SAP and Tally systems will be essential to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers for SAP, Tally, and other software solutions. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up strategies to engage prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored software solutions (SAP, Tally) to meet their needs. Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to potential clients. Manage the sales process from lead generation through to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide product knowledge, training, and support to customers, ensuring they get the most out of the software solutions. Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure accurate product positioning and successful sales campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP, Tally, and software sales trends. Requirements: Bachelors degree in any field. 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on SAP sales, Tally sales, or software sales. Fluency in Telugu (both spoken and written). Strong understanding of SAP, Tally, and software sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in managing sales pipelines and using CRM systems effectively. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP and Tally. Previous experience selling software solutions or IT services.
