Job Description:
We are looking for a Hardware & Networking Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, network infrastructure, and IT systems during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, servers, and networking devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Monitor system performance and network security during night shifts.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall configurations.
Perform routine system backups and data recovery processes.
Work closely with the IT team to document and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in hardware and networking support.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking protocols, and troubleshooting.
Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and server maintenance.
