Job Role: Quality Control Executive - Healthcare Location: Bangalore Experience: Freshers to 3 Years Qualification: Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) or related fields. Basic knowledge of healthcare quality standards (NABH, JCI, ISO). Understanding of risk management, clinical protocols, and patient safety guidelines. Previous internship or project work related to quality assurance or hospital management is a plus. Job Description: A Quality Control in healthcare is responsible for ensuring that healthcare services, processes, and systems adhere to high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulations. This role involves monitoring and improving patient care, healthcare processes, and operational standards to ensure the institution meets its objectives for patient satisfaction, safety, and effective care. Required Skills: Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and accreditation processes. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, interpret, and present data clearly to senior management and clinical teams. Attention to Detail: Ability to observe and report discrepancies in procedures or outcomes, with a focus on continuous improvement. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey findings, collaborate with departments, and train staff.
