Job Description
- Expedite and manage workload and project/task priorities; provide project guidance and leadership to employees.
- Develop site plans, estimates, and budgets for electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including performing repairs.
- Understand and adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations.
- Work closely with architects and engineers on projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Design electrical systems, including electrical systems engineering, power distribution, lighting, standby power, and high voltage systems.
- Create electrical designs for electrical facilities including mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, including power distribution and lighting.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications.
- Review contractors application for payment.
- Analyze existing system conditions, including outages, downtime, maintenance, and parts inventory.
- Develop energy code compliance plan.
