Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Manager located in Nagercoil at Muthoot FinCorp Ltd. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales targets, managing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, staff training and development, and financial analysis, and responsibile for P&L of the Region. Qualifications Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills Financial Analysis and Sales Target Management skills Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills Should have good knowledge of GL, Business Loans, LAP & other products like wealth & Forex etc.atleast 13+ years experience in the financial services industry or Banking sector Should be Strong in driving Sales for the Region and achieve the desired results Should also be well versed with Operation Will have extensive Branch travel accross the region Bachelor's degree in Finance related field Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure,
