Job Description
- Infosys Limited, global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting enterprise is looking Manager/Senior Manager for Compensation team. The incumbent is expected to manage C&B programs. Ideal candidates would have in-depth experience in Total Rewards Strategy with previous exposure on handling Leadership level compensation plan for global executives The role is based at Bangalore. A post graduate degree in management and exposure to the IT/ITES industry is preferred. Interested candidates may apply here Job Scope Experience- 7+ yrs Job Scope (could be a combination of these) Total rewards for different talent segments: Top Talent / Sales / Executive / Leadership for all Geos where Infosys operates Program Manage Digitization for Infosys C&B Globally with both internal IT teams and external C&B products Act as a strategic rewards partner to different business areas presented. Secure implementation of rewards practices and principles, global compliance and local relevance. Expectations - You are excellent project manager and people leader, can facilitate decisions with senior stakeholders, have high level of communication, advisory and business partnership skills. Responsibilities - Lead the implementation and execution of Infosys Rewards Strategy for Leadership organizations having employee presence in the countries in scope. - Drive the rewards agenda and input to strategic HR plans for the region - Drive market competitiveness in the supported region by implementing rewards best practices, introducing local and globally aligned compensation and benefit plans and securing fair and equal treatment of colleagues in the group. - Securing compliance and alignment with global total rewards philosophy, policies, processes and guidelines, local communication, training and instatement of the practices. - Securing that local practices and needs are captured and catered for, either locally or through global programs, through active total rewards business partnering to local HR organizations - Ensure compliance with the local rewards practices for the countries in scope - Facilitating alignment between global and local needs, facilitating prioritization of global initiatives. - Facilitating alignment between different business organizations on rewards topics to achieve common approach and delivery where needed. - Implement technical solutions that are connected to rewards and collaborate with Rewards Community of Expertise (CoE) and Business Tech function for future tools. - Drive the local agenda for continuous improvement of how employee compensation data is stored and managed in the core master HR data system and facilitate any improvement projects, govern any developments in the system securing they are in line with global standards for compensation data,
