Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Department Head located in Faridabad. The Design Department Head will oversee the design team, manage project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality designs. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, conducting design reviews, coordinating with other departments, and mentoring junior designers. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends and implementing best practices in design. Qualifications Strong skills in design management, project management, and team leadership Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling, and design software Experience with MS & SS ERW Tube Mill & Finishing Line Equipment design and manufacturing Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial Design, or a related field Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably with tube mill equipment Knowledge of quality assurance procedures and industry standards,
