Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and solutions to meet business requirements. Perform hands-on development using Salesforce tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce API. Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions. Customize and configure Salesforce features such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, and reports to enhance user experience and process efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Salesforce applications. Optimize performance, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform. Ensure the integrity and security of the data and user access on the Salesforce platform. Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, releases, and new features. Lead code reviews, mentoring, and training junior developers to ensure high-quality code delivery. Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and technical specifications. Required Qualifications At least 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of delivering Salesforce solutions. Strong experience with Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning App Builder. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization (e.g., workflows, triggers, reports, and dashboards). Strong understanding of Salesforce integration methods (REST, SOAP API) and data modeling. Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, Salesforce DX, ANT). Proficiency in working with relational databases, SQL, and data management tools. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator) are preferred. Experience in Agile development environments and version control systems (e.g., Git). Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can be used to improve them. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with other cloud platforms and applications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) is a plus. Experience in mentoring or leading teams is a plus.
