Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee service delivery operations for the assigned region, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
Supervise a team responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of FTTH/Cable/Telecom devices at customer premises.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and lead process enhancement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to DTH/Cable/Telecom services.
Desired Candidate Profile:
6-11 years of experience in Field Installation, Service Management, or similar roles within the telecom industry.
Strong problem-solving skills with domain expertise in DTH/Cable/Telecom/Devices.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
