Preferably worked as a Chief Purser/Senior Manager Knowledge Knowledge of Inflight SOPs Service and Safety Knowledge towards creating digital content for ease of understanding by Crew Members Knowledge and command in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Management Skills: Verbal and written communication skills required to interact with Crew Members and other stakeholders and verticals Should be capable of creating Communications Designing and drafting of Circulars Should be efficient in content writing using various platforms, applications and interactive tools Capable of effective handling and data management Capable to manage multiple projects effectively within different timelines Abilities: Ability to analyze business challenges basis a data driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations to Reporting Manager Eagerness to pitch new ideas, take initiatives, and look for opportunities for improvement Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and should be a good team player Should be open to flexible and variable work timings Additionally, he/she would be responsible for duties as defined for the Airlines personnel in safety policy Ensuring cabin operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of the Airlines Support in-flight processes across all Cabin Attendants and In-flight Bases Additionally, he/she would be responsible to conduct duties as mentioned in SMS Manual,
